Privacy Notice
Effective 25 October 2026. This notice describes the information used by the UniAstroVerse website.
Your account
To use the free tools, we collect your name, email address, password and, if you choose to provide it, your phone number. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, not readable passwords. We also store the account creation date, last successful login time, and when you acknowledged this notice.
Why we use this information
We use account information to register you, authenticate access and provide account support. Creating an account does not subscribe you to marketing. Email addresses and phone numbers are not automatically verified.
Birth details and calculations
The birth date, time and selected city are sent to Jagannatha Hora for your requested calculation. We do not store birth details or calculation results in the account database. Results may remain in your open browser tab and can be downloaded by you. City searches are included in requests to the calculation provider.
Cookies, hosting and third parties
A necessary session cookie keeps you logged in. It is not an advertising cookie. Hosting and calculation providers may keep operational logs. A short-lived hashed IP counter is used to limit repeated authentication attempts. Fonts may be loaded from Google Fonts. Opening a WhatsApp link takes you to WhatsApp and its privacy terms apply.
Retention and your requests
Account records remain until you request deletion or we remove the account. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. We may ask for information to verify that the account belongs to you before acting. Hosting backups may retain deleted information until their normal expiry.
Contact
For account or privacy requests, contact UniAstroVerse on WhatsApp at +91 6291460217. Do not send your password. If entering another person’s birth details, ensure you have their permission; a parent or guardian should provide a child’s details.
